Facilities: Complete facilities are available, including a shared laundry room ($5 per wash) and a free gym. Packages can be sent directly to the apartment, and there are printers and study spaces. Internet speed: The internet speed on higher floors is average, but it does not affect doing homework, working, or watching shows.
Aldi is right across the street, very close to McDonald's. The common areas in the apartment building are quite nice, and you can use the printer for free, which is great!
The place is great. It’s very comfortable for one person to live in, and the common areas are also very clean. There’s a Chinese supermarket right downstairs, a train station nearby, and Central is just next door. Overall, it’s very cozy and pleasant.
It was a very good rental experience. After all, it was my first time renting a house abroad, and I was a bit apprehensive. However, the consultant was very patient and responsible, and I moved in smoothly. My roommate turned out to be from 🇺🇸, and we get along very well, which is great for practicing my spoken English now! 😂👍

I called the staff to come and repair it several times, but each time they just took a quick glance and left, or perfunctorily cleaned the filter. They didn’t even care whether it was fixed before leaving. When I followed up again, they just told me to wait another ten business days. When I reported it to the front desk, they either said it would take time to contact an animal protection organization, or sent a staff member who opened the panel just for show. In reality, they didn’t even look inside and simply said there was nothing there. Honestly, it’s ridiculous. I was standing right there watching—do you really think it’s okay to be this perfunctory?

When I first moved in, the sink was broken. I reported it right away, but it took half a month to get fixed. No one told me in advance that someone would come to repair it, and the worker just swiped a card and entered my room directly. There are also often all kinds of people coming into the room for various reasons to inspect it, with no prior email notification at all.
