The front desk service is good, the apartment facilities are very new, and it is very clean. The only issue is that the maintenance efficiency is a bit slow.
The room has good lighting, complete facilities, a clean bathroom, friendly and warm staff, average soundproofing, and the internet speed is sufficient for playing Honor of Kings.The apartment is in a great location.
Well-equipped facilities with independent bathroom and kitchen, plenty of storage cabinets. The laundry room offers free wash and dry services six times a week, and bills including wifi, water, and electricity cover all needs. Security is very strict with 24-hour monitoring. There is a gym and a package receiving room, making it very convenient to collect parcels. The apartment has parcel lockers. <br> Location: There is an Asian supermarket downstairs, Woolworth, a barbecue restaurant, a coffee shop, and a chemist's house pharmacy. There is also a neighborhood shop right next to the apartment, making grocery shopping very convenient. You can walk to the city center where large shopping malls are located; shopping, dining, and strolling around are very convenient. It is close to RMIT/University of Melbourne/tram stations and train stations.
The location is very convenient, just behind Victoria's Secret. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to QV and 20 minutes to walk to the University of Melbourne. There is staff on duty at the ground floor in the evenings, which gives a sense of security. The equipment in the basement gym is in great condition and can meet daily needs.

The soundproofing is terrible, terrible, terrible! I can often hear my neighbors talking, and even with the windows closed at night, I can hear the sound of cars passing by on the street! I’ve emailed the official team and they’ve read my message without responding, treating students’ requests coldly (their reply is very slow; I have to send two emails a day just to get one response). The fire alarms always go off at three or four in the morning, which seriously affects my rest. During the morning and noon school times, the elevator is often under maintenance and it's common to wait 10 minutes for the elevator!
