The apartment was exceptionally clean at check-in, and the location was also excellent, right next to Flagpole Garden. Transportation and daily life are very convenient, and the room has an unbeatable view; at night, you can see the entire cityscape. The apartment's facilities are also very complete: the first floor has a gym, a lounge with plenty of sofas to lie on while watching movies, and there are tables and chairs by the window to eat while overlooking the city.
Looking back at last year, the unexpected troubles of finding a rental place right before the school season began. Even scrolling through Xiaohongshu every day, I could hardly find suitable listings. In the end, I was recommended by a senior to look for housing on Yishang Haoju, and sure enough, I found a suitable place—a studio single room at UniLodge CBD. All utilities are included, the building is newly constructed, and the location is very convenient near the city center. The rental period is flexible, the price is reasonable, and the key point is that the booking process is hassle-free, with dedicated customer service to guide me. Customer service representative Luna provided timely and detailed answers, making it something I hardly had to worry about, perfect for someone like me who is new to the school and unfamiliar with the local situation.
