Overall, this is a classic case of “location is everything”—commuting, grocery shopping, and social costs are almost minimized, making it ideal for University of Melbourne/RMIT students who want to spend more time on studies and internships. However, you’ll need to accept that the Studios are on the smaller side, there is CBD noise, and shared areas may require queuing during peak hours. Melbourne Central Station is right downstairs, and the La Trobe St tram stop is just outside the entrance. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to RMIT, and about 15–20 minutes to walk to the University of Melbourne, or just a short ride by tram within the Free Tram Zone. Behind the building is Melbourne Central shopping center (with Coles, Asian supermarkets, and KT Mart on the basement level), and QV (Woolworths) is across the road. Queen Victoria Market, the State Library, and Chinatown are all within a 10-minute walk, so you won’t need a taxi for late-night food after class or weekend grocery runs. The Studio has clearly defined functional areas and is sufficient for one person, though it is indeed not large. The bed, desk, kitchenette, and bathroom are integrated into one space, while the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great high-floor views. The 45th-floor gym, 44th-floor sky lounge/cinema, and 12th-floor terrace BBQ area are all great photo spots. The unit has wooden flooring rather than carpet, full air conditioning and heating, and the Wi-Fi has been tested to be good enough for online classes and streaming. The downside is that the cooking space in the Studio is compact, so you’ll need to open the window if stir-frying heavily or cooking strong-smelling food like luosifen. Some rooms facing the corridor may hear doors closing, and the room door sealing is average, but the exterior wall soundproofing is decent.

It's quite nice, the remarks say that the rooms requiring no obstruction are all met, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows offer a decent view. The common areas are okay, and the apartment occasionally holds events. The room has flooring instead of carpet, which is something I'm quite satisfied with.

It's okay, the room is a bit small, the soundproofing is fine, the staff is also pretty good, the apartment holds activities regularly, there are some fruits at the front desk, and if anything needs to be repaired in the apartment, they will resolve it as soon as possible.

Overall, my stay here has been quite good. The room gets plenty of natural light, making it comfortable for studying or relaxing in the room. The apartment’s location is also very convenient, with easy access to dining, shopping, and transportation nearby. The common areas are nice as well, and most of the facilities needed for daily life are available. Overall, I’m quite satisfied with the living experience.

The staff are very friendly, the room is very clean, and the facilities are complete and relatively new (though maintenance is a bit slow; the air conditioner broke before and it took a week to fix). The soundproofing is quite good, and the location is excellent, right in the city center. There are many supermarkets nearby, and it’s also very close to Queen Victoria Market, making shopping convenient. The tram stop is right next door, so it’s also very convenient to get to school. There are many convenient activities, and having Chinese people at the front desk can help solve problems more easily. The facilities are great, though it might be a bit noisy if you're in a room facing the corridor. Overall, the sound insulation is good.

The geographical location is very convenient; as soon as you go out, there's a tram that takes you right to the city center, making it easy for dining and shopping. It's a 20-minute walk to the University of Melbourne, and the tram ride is even shorter. The studio space is still a bit small, but the facilities are complete, and the internet speed is acceptable.

Overall, it was very good; the only downside was the internet was extremely poor! The mobile phone couldn't connect to the internet on the upper floors (around the 25th floor), and could only use data. The iPad and computer could sometimes connect, but sometimes they couldn't. Aside from the internet, everything else was almost perfect.
