The apartment is very clean and new, I am really satisfied.
Overall, this is a classic case of “location is everything”—commuting, grocery shopping, and social costs are almost minimized, making it ideal for University of Melbourne/RMIT students who want to spend more time on studies and internships. However, you’ll need to accept that the Studios are on the smaller side, there is CBD noise, and shared areas may require queuing during peak hours. Melbourne Central Station is right downstairs, and the La Trobe St tram stop is just outside the entrance. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to RMIT, and about 15–20 minutes to walk to the University of Melbourne, or just a short ride by tram within the Free Tram Zone. Behind the building is Melbourne Central shopping center (with Coles, Asian supermarkets, and KT Mart on the basement level), and QV (Woolworths) is across the road. Queen Victoria Market, the State Library, and Chinatown are all within a 10-minute walk, so you won’t need a taxi for late-night food after class or weekend grocery runs. The Studio has clearly defined functional areas and is sufficient for one person, though it is indeed not large. The bed, desk, kitchenette, and bathroom are integrated into one space, while the floor-to-ceiling windows offer great high-floor views. The 45th-floor gym, 44th-floor sky lounge/cinema, and 12th-floor terrace BBQ area are all great photo spots. The unit has wooden flooring rather than carpet, full air conditioning and heating, and the Wi-Fi has been tested to be good enough for online classes and streaming. The downside is that the cooking space in the Studio is compact, so you’ll need to open the window if stir-frying heavily or cooking strong-smelling food like luosifen. Some rooms facing the corridor may hear doors closing, and the room door sealing is average, but the exterior wall soundproofing is decent.

It's okay, the room is a bit small, the soundproofing is fine, the staff is also pretty good, the apartment holds activities regularly, there are some fruits at the front desk, and if anything needs to be repaired in the apartment, they will resolve it as soon as possible.
