Cancellation Policy


a. If the cancellation happened before signing the contract and paying the bond deposit, the 500 AUD intention deposit will not be refunded.
b. If the cancellation happened after signing the contract and paying the bond, the 2-month bond deposit will not be refunded, and the 500 AUD would be converted into rent. The refund will depend on the student's stay.
