The Switch apartment, Melbourne

I am Jason, the tenant of 603 from Switch Apartment. I hope the Switch has already notified you for my email. As I am about to move to another city in a few days, I really need a new tenant to take over my room. I have attached the photos of my room to this email, so you could check it. The room seems a little bit messy as I have not packed my stuff, but it is still tidy, and the apartment will send a cleaning team to do a thorough cleaning before you move in. So don't worry. You can see one clothes rock, one swivel chair and two storage racks (wooden one and white metal one) in the photos, which I bought a few months ago when I moved in and are all pretty new. If you like them, I could leave them to you for free before I move out, which I have notified the apartment.

The apartment rent covers all bills like hot water and internet, and all furniture including table, bed, one chair, fridge and all kitchen equipment, etc. The living environment here is super convenient, like 5 mins walk to Victoria market (best place to buy grocery) and 10 mins walk to Melbourne central station, close to all kinds of city activities and tourist spots. It is also close to RMIT and Melbourne Uni. Besides, the apartment has all kinds of facilities like gym, cafe, entertainment area and rooftop area with all kinds of events, which you don't want to miss.
