The apartment features a communal kitchen with cabinets equipped with small combination locks, one for each room. There is also a communal laundry room with four machines (2 washing machines and 2 dryers), costing five dollars per use.
The apartment is conveniently located right at the doorstep of tram route 96, providing easy transportation.
The apartment provides cleaning services and furnishes the rooms with appliances and bedding. Each room includes a television and refrigerator, and high-quality commercial bed linens are provided, which are changed monthly. Basic room cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning, is done on a weekly basis.
Utilities (water, electricity, gas) are included in the rent. The apartment has fiber optic internet, although the internet speed in Australia is generally not very fast. If you have specific internet requirements, it is recommended to make your own arrangements.
