After living for a while at Accolade On A'Beckett in Melbourne CBD, I would give it an overall five-star review. The room is well equipped with essential facilities and complete appliances, so you can move in with just your suitcase. The internet is fast and stable, which is very convenient for RMIT international students taking online classes and working on assignments. The sound insulation of the building exceeded my expectations; once the door is closed, outside noise is well blocked, so both rest and study are not disturbed. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation right outside, and Queen Victoria Market is just next door. It is a student apartment that offers great value for money.
The location is great. Queen Victoria Market and the tram are right downstairs. It’s within the Free Tram Zone, making it very convenient to get to Melbourne Central. There are also many Asian supermarkets nearby, so shopping is very convenient. It’s also easy to get to the University of Melbourne and RMIT, both within walking distance.
Accolade on A’Beckett is located in the heart of Melbourne, within walking distance of several universities and surrounded by comprehensive daily amenities. The apartment includes all utilities and internet, comes pre-installed with Superloop high-speed WiFi, and offers a 24-hour security front desk, study rooms, a gym, and other well-equipped communal facilities, making it a safe option for solo living. The rent is relatively high, lower floors facing the street may experience traffic noise, and devices such as TVs and game consoles require manual MAC address registration to connect to the internet. Overall, it is well suited for international students seeking convenience and peace of mind.
This apartment is excellent. There are lots of activities, many of which are free. I enjoyed a lot of delicious food and many performances, including a Chinese lion dance. The apartment management staff are also very responsible. The location is great, only 100 meters from Woolworths and 200 meters from Coles.
Overall, it is still okay, but the garbage disposal area can have a strong odor. The apartment sometimes has some small activities, such as baking cookies or watching movies. The windows can be opened, the rooms are not small, there is hot water, and the cost-performance ratio is average, feeling somewhat a bit expensive. It is very close to the supermarket, the sound insulation is average, but it wins on location.

Overall, the living experience is comfortable, and it is very suitable for international students. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to come to Melbourne.
