I love my apartment so much because it's close to my school (Monash Caulfield) and luckily it's clean and new. It's just a small room but it's enough for 1 person. Overall, I have a great experience living here.

I love my apartment so much because it's close to my school (Monash Caulfield) and luckily it's clean and new. It's just a small room but it's enough for 1 person. Overall, I have a great experience living here.
The facilities are very complete, and there are basically no additional appliances that need to be purchased, and bed sheets are provided. The soundproofing is also good; although it is by the road, you can hardly hear any noise.
The room is new, the furniture is complete, and a set of mattress covers was provided. All the equipment works normally, but the soundproofing isn't particularly good. My location is relatively close to the road, and the sound of motorcycles at night can be quite loud.
The soundproofing on the first floor is very poor
Soundproofing: Poor, you can clearly hear the sound of cars outside.
