Although the air conditioner was newly replaced, it’s still very noisy. However, the soundproofing between rooms is okay, and it’s not easy to hear noise from other rooms. The carpet is also a bit troublesome to clean. The property management attitude is pretty average. I reported the floor lifting twice, but no one came to fix it. The window also keeps falling down, which is quite scary. Once I forgot my key and contacted the property management, but they didn’t reply, so I just waited for an hour. When the circuit breaker tripped, no one came to fix it either. I went half a day without heating and almost froze. In the end, I checked the power strips one by one myself and found that the kettle was leaking electricity, then flipped the breaker back on. In the end, they only called to tell me not to use the faulty kettle. The internet speed is average, and games can lag. The mattress sinks in.

Although the service attitude is very good, the cabinet is a bit old, there are four small scratches under the desk, and there is a cigarette burn on the desk. The repairman came the next day to fix it. The communal kitchen is quite nice, and each stove can be lit. This apartment is about 200-300 meters walk to the bus stop, and the nearest supermarket is Coles, which is about 1500 meters away. I feel that living here, even though it is close to the school, there is no signal in the room, and I can only connect to the 300mbps network in the room. The bathroom is clean, the room has excellent lighting, and it is only one street away from the school.
