How do I pay my rent?
Rent is payable in accordance with the tenancy agreement and must be paid in advance. Payment methods are as follows: Bank transfer to UniLodge bank account. Direct deposit to nominated UniLodge bank account. Credit card at the front desk during business hours (subject to 3% surcharge).
What items need to be prepared in advance?
The apartment will provide basic furniture and home appliances, and the bedding needs to be brought by the babies, such as sheets, quilts, pillows, etc. You can buy bedding gift packs on the apartment website, or go to the supermarkets around the apartment to buy them.
What if I want to cancel the lease?
When considering early termination of your residential tenancy agreement, it is your responsibility to: Continue to pay all rent until a new occupant moves in or the residential tenancy agreement is terminated, whichever comes first. Pay all associated costs, including advertising costs and rental break fees as stated in the property rental agreement. In all cases, an exit cleaning fee will be charged.

What is Bond?
Bonds are sent to the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA) - a government organisation. Bond cannot be used as a rental at any time. The cost of any repairs or excessive cleaning can be deducted from the Bond upon exit.

No other furniture will be permitted in a resident's room unless a written application has been submitted to and approved by UniLodge Management. Every request will be considered individually according to the size of the room and furniture.

right. Tenants are responsible for the daily cleaning of the room. In addition to this, UniLodge rooms will be inspected for cleanliness and damage in accordance with the Residential Tenancies Act upon due notice.

Generally, early check-in is not allowed. After the apartment is booked successfully, the date cannot be changed. If you arrive in Melbourne in advance, you can contact the consultant teacher to try to communicate with the apartment to negotiate the check-in time or book a short-term transitional apartment
How to repair the damaged room?
Just go to the front desk of the apartment to report for repairs.
