Compared with others, this apartment has far fewer facilities. There is no gym, and almost no food is provided in the morning. To be honest, the soundproofing is also pretty average. But I guess you can’t ask for too much, given the price and location. Turn left when you go out and there is a bus stop, with a market behind it. The surrounding supermarkets and supporting facilities are also very complete.
The accommodation environment is good, and the geographical location is advantageous. The front desk service is excellent.
The overall living experience was fairly average. The location is indeed very convenient, making it easy to get to classes downtown, go shopping, and use public transportation. However, the room facilities and the apartment’s overall amenities are relatively basic, and some facilities are just average to use. The internet speed can occasionally be unstable, and the soundproofing is also quite ordinary—you can hear noise from the hallway and nearby rooms. Daily communication with the staff is okay. Overall, the main advantage is the convenient location, but if you care a lot about facilities, internet connection, and a quiet environment, you may want to consider carefully before moving in.

The indoor rooms are also quite nice. Although the cleanliness upon check-in wasn't perfect, it's still quite good after a little self-cleaning!

I absolutely love it!! 4b4b is bigger than I expected, and there are a lot of storage and mirrors in the room. There are two wardrobes (both built-in). The location is great; melb central really makes everything convenient! (For going to school, it's not as convenient as scape Swanston, but it's still good!)
Overall it's pretty good, very close to the train station with convenient transportation. The staff are friendly, and all the issues that need to be solved can be resolved.
