The room is spacious, the internet speed is very fast, there has never been a water or power outage, the front desk staff is very friendly, and there are activities to participate in every week in the apartment. The tram station is just outside.
The recently opened dwell village Melbourne city is very close to the University of Melbourne, easily accessible by foot. There are many tram stops nearby, making it convenient to go to the city. It is also very close to the Victoria Market, making daily grocery shopping and meal buying very convenient.
The bathroom is very clean, has no odor, the location is also very good, life is very convenient, it's actually not noisy at night, possibly depending on the location; my location is not noisy. There is heating, and the staff is also very nice. Guests will receive a small gift upon check-in.

The security is very safe, and there are basically no outsiders coming in and out, with access control and iron gates. There is a swimming pool that is regularly cleaned and disinfected. The apartment is fully equipped, with water, electricity, and internet included. There was no strange smell in the room upon check-in. It was a very satisfying housing experience.

The common areas are also kept very clean, the environment is quiet, and the living experience is comfortable. The staff are professional and friendly; whether during check-in or daily communication, responses are quite timely, and they can assist effectively in addressing the issues raised by the residents.
