You need to make an appointment with the apartment, and go to the corresponding office of the apartment to pick up the keys during working hours on weekdays.

What should I do if the room facilities are damaged?

Please contact the apartment staff for warranty in time. If it is caused by man-made, you will be responsible for the cost.

Can I cancel my reservation?

When considering early termination of your residential tenancy agreement, it is your responsibility to: Continue to pay all rent until a new occupant moves in or the residential tenancy agreement is terminated, whichever comes first. Pay all associated costs, including advertising costs and rental break fees as stated in the property rental agreement. In all cases, an exit cleaning fee will be charged.
