The downside is that the apartment has no openable windows, which might feel stuffy, and there is a 24-hour ventilation system that cannot be turned off, which can be noisy while sleeping at night. Also, there are times when the front desk may come for maintenance and open your door with a key without prior consent. If you are only studying for a short time, it's okay to rent, but for a long-term stay, it's still recommended to rent an apartment.

Terrible experience. I've been living here for a month, and one of the high-rise elevators has been broken for two months without repair. Now both high-rise elevators are out of service. Living on the 39th floor means I have to climb more than 30 stairs to buy anything. The fresh air system is also broken, making the room suffocating. Even when it is turned on, there's a constant noise. Living here is just pure suffering.
