Do I still have to pay if my visa is not approved?

If you are unsuccessful in obtaining an Australian student visa by the rental start date, we ask that you write an email requesting visa cancellation, which must be submitted to you along with the email within 24 hours of being notified by the Home Office The apartment informs you that you have been refused to study in Australia.
