It's not bad except for the generally slow free Wi-Fi speed and the lack of air conditioning.

Benefits: The room is very spacious, really close to the school, the tram is right outside, no need to wait for the elevator, there is a Chinese-speaking front desk, the hot water is very powerful, the cost performance is very high, the room has ample storage space, and the furniture is well equipped.<br>Disadvantages: The facilities are relatively old, the internet speed is average, the sound insulation is poor, it needs to be cleaned thoroughly by yourself, the lighting varies in rooms; of the two 2b large rooms shared with a roommate, one has good lighting and the other has poor lighting.
DUOLANGEER**
The sound insulation is good, but the ventilation is poor and the facilities are a bit old. Water and electricity fees are not included, and even with the fan on the highest setting, the airflow is still weak.

It's a fairly economical choice (250🔪) that is close to school, but the overall facilities are quite old. If you are clean and like hygiene, it's still acceptable. When I moved in, I hadn't paid the cleaning fee (I don't understand why a cleaning fee is required upon check-in), so when I first arrived, there was a lot of dust, leaves on the floor, and the fridge even had some mold. The sofa, table, and chairs had no place to sit! If assigned to a lower floor room by the window near the tram station, it can be very noisy, so friends who have trouble sleeping should choose carefully! But if you are quite particular about cleanliness, this apartment is still not bad.
