This apartment is right across from the University of Melbourne. The facilities are fairly complete, and the corridors look quite spacious. The apartment uses gas, which makes cooking more convenient, and there is also an electric heater. There is also a gym, swimming pool, and other shared facilities, which are pretty good overall. New users can also receive some small gifts.
Overall, it offers great value for money and is very close to the school. It basically takes only 5–10 minutes to walk to the main campus. There is a tram stop right outside the entrance, making it very convenient to get to the city center. The space is also large enough, and it’s quite comfortable to live in.
There are a few issues I want to point out. First, the Wi-Fi signal is really weak and keeps dropping, especially during public holidays. Second, the gym is way too small and can't even meet basic needs. Third, the floor plan I saw online doesn't match the actual unit—when I brought it up with the staff, they just said the online photos and layouts are 'for reference only.'<br><br>Everything else is just okay. Their maintenance response is pretty fast, though. One thing to note: the agent didn't mention.

The community atmosphere is very good, with various interesting activities often taking place. The apartment management is standardized, allowing for a hassle-free move-in experience, providing a full score for the overall experience.

The bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work, and dust would even fall down when I was showering. The showerhead was moldy too—completely green. Even after wiping it clean, it would get moldy again. Three-quarters of the toilet seat had turned completely yellow. Carpet moths would grow in the room carpet and fly onto your clothes. The range hood and microwave were also covered in old grease and residue, which would fall into your bowl while you were cooking. The gaps in the carpet were full of dust. The wardrobe would creak, and while I was living there, the water supply system broke down twice. Also, at the time, the agency app said internet and water were included (I think), but after moving in I found out none of it was included (internet was $80 a month plus a $39 service fee), so only the gas fee was included. After I moved out, they still charged me $700 for cleaning. The place was cleaned like this and they still wanted $700….

The consultant selected options based on my needs and I ultimately chose this 1-bedroom apartment, which really exceeded my expectations. Living alone is so enjoyable, and I can also enjoy the Melbourne summer ☀️.

It's a fairly economical choice (250🔪) that is close to school, but the overall facilities are quite old. If you are clean and like hygiene, it's still acceptable. When I moved in, I hadn't paid the cleaning fee (I don't understand why a cleaning fee is required upon check-in), so when I first arrived, there was a lot of dust, leaves on the floor, and the fridge even had some mold. The sofa, table, and chairs had no place to sit! If assigned to a lower floor room by the window near the tram station, it can be very noisy, so friends who have trouble sleeping should choose carefully! But if you are quite particular about cleanliness, this apartment is still not bad.

My only suggestion is getting far away from you have to face countless spiders, moths during summer and it is the most bothering that can you bear life without air conditioner during summer.🤮
