Not bad! The facilities are complete, the front desk is friendly, and the internet is okay.
One of the best decisions I've made since coming to China Melbourne.
The facilities are truly impeccable, with a 24-hour gym, rooftop terrace, and study area that are all super practical; the internet speed is smooth for gaming or rushing deadlines, with no lag at all. The sound insulation is even better than expected, and on the upper floors, you can barely hear the street noise. The location is absolutely top-notch; just a few minutes' walk downstairs and you reach RMIT, and it's also super convenient to get to the University of Melbourne and the CBD shopping area. Living here gives you a tremendous sense of security!
Life is convenient. My roommates are all very quiet. The sound insulation in the room is also good, clean and hygienic!

It's fine, at least the experience of the whole building has no major issues in the student dormitory. The overall living experience in the dormitory is quite good, the space layout is reasonable, there are not many daily chores, it's quite worry-free, and the fire alarm doesn't go off frequently.
The location is nice and convenient, close to RMIT, and there are places to eat.<br><br>Service is average. The elevator is often under repair for a long time, and during peak hours, you have to wait a long time. Warranty services also take a long time. The most outrageous thing is that they enter your room without permission, leading to my windows being opened for two months without my knowledge, and the place is full of bugs. The manager also shifts the blame, which is disgusting and leaves me speechless. 😓<br><br>The room facilities are okay, but the hallway smells too bad and the trash is not cleaned every day!
The room is much larger than I expected, and the apartment staff are very responsible and help solve problems promptly. I recommend!

The customer service responded promptly during the booking process and synchronized messages, timely informing me about some cashback situations and the remaining rooms. They indeed achieved the lowest price across all platforms, which is great. The apartment staff were very supportive and actively replaced unsatisfactory facilities.
