The sound insulation is even better than expected, and on the upper floors, you can barely hear the street noise. The location is absolutely top-notch; just a few minutes' walk downstairs and you reach RMIT, and it's also super convenient to get to the University of Melbourne and the CBD shopping area. Living here gives you a tremendous sense of security!
