Property Details

Campus Village is a student only accommodation. It comprises of six apartments, one town house and one large house linked by a secure outdoor recreation and parking area. Our location is centrally located on major transport routes and are opposite the TAFE and a short bus ride to the University, Conservatorium and city campus. Newcastle beaches and parks, a great social scene and shopping are a short distance away. Currently, we are able to accommodate up to 43 students. In the complex grounds there are sheltered barbecue, grassy outdoor recreation area and communal laundry with external coin operated laundry with washer and dryer. Clothes lines are also available. The only thing you need to supply is your bed linen! We have a professional team of cleaning service who comes and cleans our common areas every 2 weeks. We also offered limited secure onsite parking which is available on application for a small fee.

Full Cancellation Policy

BREAK FEE FOR FIXED TERM OF NOT MORE THAN 3 YEARS The tenant agrees that, if the tenant ends the residential tenancy agreement before the end of the fixed term of the agreement, the tenant must pay a break fee of the following amount if the fixed term is not more than 3 years: 1.4 weeks rent if less than 25% of the fixed term has expired 2.3 weeks rent if 25% or more but less than 50% of the fixed term expired. 3.2 weeks rent if 50% or more but less than 75% of the fixed term expired. 4.1 week rent if 75% or more of the fixed term has expired. A tenant can give 14 days’ notice prior to their lease expiring, if they choose not to extend their lease (14 days’ notice required). If tenant lease does expire but tenant remain, tenant need to give 21 days’ notice to leave the property.
