UON - North Residence, Newcastle

Built in 2015 along with the other 3 multi-story residential buildings, North Residence welcomes more than 195 residents into its newly established community every year. Known as the Lifestyle Tower, North is the perfect place for students who wish to experience on-campus living in a more relaxed setting.

Like the other 3 towers, North Residence enables student living in a variety of configurations including self-catered studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 5/6 shared apartments. Along with these options, North also provides residents with a multitude of social and study spaces including study rooms on each floor, a barbecue area and a ground floor common room featuring a fully equipped communal kitchen, large TV, AV equipment and a piano.
