Not all tenants staying in B&B houses are students, and there will be people from the public coming and going. 2. Most homestays do not include water, electricity and electricity bills. Students need to go to the local area to activate and purchase them themselves. 3. Some B&Bs include furniture, and some are bare rooms without furnishings; those that include furniture usually have basic hardware facilities, such as beds, cabinets, etc., while those that do not include furniture need to be purchased by students themselves. 4. The application process for B&B housing is relatively complicated and requires a lot of materials to be submitted. The specific requirements are subject to the landlord's requirements. 5. After submitting a reservation application, you may face a long wait. In addition, due to the impact of the local housing market, it is not completely guaranteed that you will be able to successfully place a house, and the landlord still needs to choose a tenant. 6. After submitting the reservation application, the rent amount/room type/apartment and other information after the final contract shall prevail.
