The apartment is spacious and minimalistic with floor to ceiling glass, high ceilings and colourful artworks. Conveniently located with internal access and secure underground parking for one vehicle.

*Living and Entertainment*
The living room opens onto a covered balcony/sunroom with large windows that fill the space with natural light and fresh air. Here you can dine whilst taking in the urban views by day or the city lights by night.

The living room has a flat screen TV, 2-seater sofa and split system air-conditioning. WiFi is included.

If you do feel like dining in, the full size kitchen has everything you need with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, full size refrigerator, kettle and toaster.

*Bedrooms and Bathrooms*
The master bedroom has 1 queen bed and a large walk through robe that leads you to a private study area with large desk.

In the loungeroom, the 2-seater sofa can be altered to lie flat and accommodate 2 extra guests. Please note this is a lie-flat sofa bed without an additional mattress, so it may not be suitable for some guests. Linen for this can be found in the wardrobe.

The bathroom has a full sized bath to relax in and there is plenty of storage space for your luggage.
