UniLodge at Curtin - Twin Dolphin Hall, Perth

Twin Dolphin Hall is one of our newest Perth student accommodation buildings and is the closest option to the middle of campus, located just off University Boulevard. The brand new 10-storey building is part of Curtin University’s Exchange Precinct which includes a small supermarket right at your doorstep. Twin Dolphin Hall is also conveniently located right next to Curtin Stadium and Curtin Central Bus Station.

With multiple levels, the property boasts amazing views of the Curtin Perth Campus. The residence features full size commercial laundries, large games room, enclosed music room, art room and common rooms on each level for you to relax or study with friends. On the top level you will also find a theatre room for movie marathons or catching up on your favourite shows.

Twin Dolphin Hall has a variety of room types to choose from including studios with ensuites, accessible studios and multi share rooms with capacity for two, four or six people. All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk, study chair and ample storage. 

Like the rest of our properties, Twin Dolphin Hall has 24/7 security, electronic access, CCTV, as well as after-hours staff available for your safety and wellbeing.
