The value for money is okay, it’s not far from the supermarket, and the common areas are quite clean.

The facilities are complete and new, with a gym, study rooms, a communal kitchen, and leisure areas, making life and study convenient; the sound insulation is excellent, and closing the door allows for quiet study and rest, completely uninterrupted by the outside world; the internet speed is super fast and stable, making online classes, binge-watching shows, and downloading files effortless; the location is excellent, close to schools, bus stops, and supermarket districts, making commuting and shopping worry-free, providing a comfortable and secure living experience!
