We are looking for a house-mate for one furnished room in a furnished house. The house has 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen (on the main floor). It has a backyard as well. Other house-mates are graduate students at the UofA. Washing machine, Dryer are available for free. The room for rent is on the first floor which has a bathroom. Rent: CAD 495/month (Includes all utilities - Internet, Heat, Electricity, Water). Damage Deposit: CAD 495. Lease: Till August (with an option to extend it further)
