I rented a satisfactory apartment in Kingston through Expat Life, very close to Queen's University, and it comes with furniture. The overall move-in experience was quite good; I can walk to the school. The apartment is surrounded by hospitals, restaurants, banks, pharmacies, and parks, making shopping and daily life very convenient. I will use Expat Life to book again next time if there is an opportunity~

Good, good, good, everything is quite convenient.
Surrounding facilities, such as public transport and supermarkets, are convenient. The fire alarm 🚨 may go off unexpectedly from time to time.
it was by and large an alright flat, many details on maintenance can be improved but no major failure to be found.
