When I arrived at the apartment, the room wasn't cleaned at all. They switched me to two different rooms, but neither was tidied up, so I could only stay in a slightly cleaner small room for one night. The next day, the room still wasn't completely cleaned up until the afternoon, so I had to tidy up myself first. After two days, I discovered that the floor was still slanted, and if I wasn't careful, the wheeled chair would slide away. The traces of use on the facilities were quite obvious.
