Our location is directly across from Peel metro station, giving you easy access to all of Montreal's vibrant neighborhoods, cultural attractions, and exciting nightlife. Our apartments offer everything you need to feel at home, including a double bed, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, couch, lounge chair, kitchen table & chairs, all major LG kitchen appliances & plenty of storage, 40” flat screen TV, quartz countertops and all utilities included (Gas, Water, Hydro & Internet). We are a community made for students, and we create this by offering amenities such as a full gym/wellness center, lounge, theater/gaming room, and study room.



Palay also provides its residents with an experienced on-site Community Manager and a Maintenance Technician who will be available to assist with guiding members around Montreal, getting academic support, or coordinating any required maintenance. By having a mature and experienced team to oversee and take care of the building, the residents can focus on their studies and enjoy themselves, knowing that any of their needs will be attended to. Additionally, parents will have peace of mind in knowing that they have an accessible point of contact should they want to check in.




We offer 12-Month Leases at an all-inclusive rate of $1200/month.
