Student Accommodation in North Vancouver

Can I come to North Vancouver and see the apartment before I decide to sign?

Yes, we encourage students to see the apartment in person before deciding to sign up, so they can get a more direct feel for the apartment. However, we have to admit that many students want to move in right away when they arrive in the Canada. Also, the closer to the start of the school year, the higher the price and the fewer good apartments there are. Therefore, students should decide when to sign up according to their actual situation.

I booked an apartment, but it didn't meet my expectations when I arrived. What should I do?

Please get in touch with the apartment management office directly, tell them what is not in line with your expectations, and coordinate with the apartment. If there is no room to change the lease and you do not want to break it, the best thing to do is to sublet the apartment to someone else. We strongly discourage moving out of an apartment without communication. In the Canada, once you sign the contract, you will be liable for a high amount of liquidated damages if you do not move in or move out.

Does renting an apartment in North Vancouver have a big impact on my academic life?

The environment determines the quality of life. In addition to the proximity to schools and the security of the surrounding area, you should also consider the accessibility of your place of residence: Whether there is public transportation. Whether it is convenient to park. Whether there are supermarkets around.
