When we had some issues with our rental contract, the landlord was willing to consider things from our perspective and provide us with as much help as possible. 2: The room is very spacious, more than enough for 4 or 5 people to live in. We even had extra space to help our classmates store their luggage. 3: In terms of internet speed, with a network cable connected to the computer, you can smoothly play mainstream games, and the experience is great.
