1) Code of Conduct: Tenants must ensure that their behavior complies with the laws, regulations, rules, and relevant policies. It is prohibited to engage in any illegal, improper, or undesirable activities within the apartment, including but not limited to activities related to pornography, gambling, drugs, excessive drinking, or causing disturbances.
2) Fire Safety: Tenants must strictly adhere to fire prevention and safety regulations. The use of open flames or possession of any illegal/flammable/explosive items within the apartment premises is forbidden. Tenants should properly manage their apartment access cards and contact the front desk immediately in case of loss or damage.
3) Surveillance and Security: The apartment is equipped with 24-hour surveillance cameras in public areas to help ensure the safety of tenants and their belongings. Please note that surveillance equipment is only an auxiliary measure; tenants are still responsible for the safety of their personal property.
4) Emergency Response: Tenants should familiarize themselves with the emergency evacuation routes and the use of emergency equipment. In the event of emergencies such as fire or earthquake, tenants should remain calm and evacuate promptly according to the apartment's instructions.

2. Room Usage
1) Occupancy Rights: The use of the apartment is limited to the signatory and registered accompanying persons. No other individuals not stipulated in the contract are allowed to reside in the apartment.
2) Subletting Prohibition: Tenants are not allowed to sublet, lend, or transfer the apartment to others without permission. In case of early lease termination or subletting needs, tenants should contact the front desk in advance and complete the necessary procedures.
3) Facilities Protection: Tenants should maintain the apartment facilities with care. It is not permitted to alter the apartment’s purpose, damage its internal structure, use overly powerful electrical appliances, or alter the apartment's wiring, plumbing, decor, and other facilities without authorization.
4) Noise Control: Tenants must adhere to the apartment's noise management regulations and refrain from creating noise that disrupts other residents' normal life or rest. If there are special needs or activities, prior communication with the front desk is required to obtain consent.
5) Payment of Fees: Tenants should promptly pay rent, utilities, and other related fees to ensure a sufficient account balance. Any impact or loss caused by late payments shall be borne by the tenant.

3. Use of Common Areas
1) Environmental Hygiene: Tenants should maintain cleanliness in the apartment and refrain from placing personal items in common areas or corridors. Electric scooters should not be left in common areas. For long-term occupation of public spaces, prior communication with the front desk and consent are required.
2) Use of Public Facilities: Tenants should use public facilities such as elevators, washing machines, and dryers reasonably, without malicious damage or waste of public resources.
3) Visitor Management: Tenants must notify the front desk in advance of any visitors and complete the necessary registration procedures. Tenants are responsible for visitors' behavior within the apartment and must comply with the apartment's regulations.
4) Pet Accommodation: If there is a need to accommodate pets, tenants should contact the front desk in advance and complete the necessary procedures. Pet owners are responsible for their pets' behavior in the apartment and must comply with the apartment's pet management regulations.
5) Complaints and Suggestions: If tenants have any complaints, suggestions, or inquiries during their stay, please contact the front desk or customer service center. We are dedicated to providing you with excellent service.

[Pet Room Guidelines]
An additional pet cleaning fee of 3000 yuan is required for pet accommodation.
I. Accommodation Eligibility

II. Pet Management

- Pet owners must comply with all apartment regulations and must not take pets into prohibited areas.

IV. Reservation and Registration

- Upon check-in, pet owners must present relevant pet documents (such as vaccination records, health certificates) for registration.
V. Additional Information
- If pets experience any discomfort or accidents during their stay, the apartment's guest service department can assist in contacting a nearby pet hospital. Related costs are to be borne by the pet owner.
