[Apartment Lease Period]
The minimum rental period is 1 month. 

[Cost Details]
The rent includes: water, electricity, Wi-Fi, property management fees, gym, laundry room (including washing/drying/ironing), and free cleaning once a week. 

Security Deposit Policy:
1 month - No security deposit required.
2-5 months - One month security deposit with monthly payment, no rent needed for the last month, security deposit transferrable to rent.
6-12 months - Two months security deposit with monthly payment, no rent needed for the last two months, security deposit transferrable to rent.

Advance booking requires a deposit:
For a rental period of 1 month, the deposit is 30%.
For a rental period of more than 2 months, the deposit equals 1 month's rent.
Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days in advance. Beyond that, cancellation is not allowed, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Parking fee is 500 CNY/month.
