[Lease Termination Process]
1. If the remaining contract period is less than 30 days: restore the house to its pre-delivery condition, and the full deposit will be refunded.
2. If the remaining contract period is more than 30 days: restore the house to its pre-delivery condition. One month’s deposit will be deducted as a penalty upon checkout.
3. Utilities: The store will calculate the utility fees based on the actual usage when the customer is processing the lease cancellation; the remaining balance of the utility fees after settlement will be fully refunded.

[Subletting Process]
Subletting is allowed, and you need to find a subletter yourself and please contact an advisor.
Subletter's fee standard: a one-time handling fee, charging 50% of the deposit (deducted from the deposit); after successful subletting, the remaining rent and 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
For the subletting party: the rental period cannot be less than the subletter's remaining contract time, and you need to bring your ID to the site to sign the lease; please consult the advisor for the signing price.
