[Cost Details]
Basic move-in fees: First month's rent, deposit, first month's management fee.
Payment terms: One month's rent as a deposit. Rent can be paid monthly.
Advance booking deposit: 1000 RMB, valid for 5 days, non-refundable if not rented.
Property management fee: 200 RMB per unit per month.
Parking fee: 260 RMB per month.
Rent does not include water, electricity, and internet fees, which are as follows:
For buildings 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11A, 13, 15, utilities are priced at: Cold water 7 RMB/ton, Electricity 1.35 RMB/kWh.
For building 11B, utilities are priced at: Cold water 7 RMB/ton, Hot water 40 RMB/ton, Electricity 1.35 RMB/kWh, Central air conditioning 1.5 RMB/kWh.
Internet cost: 80 RMB per month, 210 RMB per quarter, 360 RMB per half-year, 600 RMB per year (200M fiber optic, optional).
