Participation Conditions
Group Booking Requirements
The group must consist of at least 3 people jointly booking 3 bedrooms within the same apartment in Australia, cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, etc.
The required lease term must be for not less than 36 weeks.
All bookings must be completed through the uhomes.com platform and must occur within the campaign validity period.
All members must move into the property as stipulated in the contract.
Additional Rewards
Group members are required to share the campaign poster, along with a dedicated referral code, to Australian student groups within 3 days of completing the booking.
The referrer will receive CNY 50 for every new customer consultation or successful booking (with a lease term of at least 39 weeks).
If a successful booking is completed through the exclusive referral code, the referrer will receive an additional bonus of CNY 500.

Conditions for Disqualification
The booked lease term is less than 36 weeks.

Failure to complete the poster share within 3 days.
If one of the group members cancels the booking (if members fail to move in, the final reward amount will be reduced accordingly).
