Please note in order to be accept, you must forward some documents: ID/passport enrollment from University/internship or work contract payslips from your guarantor as well passport from them. Also once you are accepted through Uniplaces, is requested to transfer to your landlord the deposit, admin fee before move-in, and cleaning final fee before the move-out. Move-ins can be schedule during weekdays only.

Pets are allowed but has a deposit extra fee of 500 EUR.
