The flat is located in the heart of Berlin-Köpenick, it is only 5 minutes walk from the old town Köpenick with the castle square, the castle Köpenick, the town hall Köpenick with the statue of the captain of Köpenick. In just 2 minutes you can reach the Frauentog, where you can hire various boats for a trip on the Dahme, the Müggelspree or to the Müggelsee. Here you will find numerous shops and restaurants with a great atmosphere, some beautifully situated on the waterfront. There is a market on the Schlossplatz every Tuesday and Thursday. Many events take place here throughout the year, e.g. the Winzerfest twice, Köpenicker Sommer, Whyskifest, Christmas market. The Köpenicker Ratskeller is also about a 5-minute walk away. The Köpenicker Jazztage take place here.
