The apartment has a 15,000 euro kitchen with stylish cupboard lighting including dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooker, oven and bread slicer. Also available are coffee machine, milk frother and electric kettle.

The living area includes a large dining table with space for 6 people, a comfortable sofa bed and a TV.

Bathroom
In addition to the heated floor, the daylight bathroom has a dimmable mirror, a cosy bathtub and a very spacious shower - there is a large bathroom radiator for heated towels. There is also a 2,200 Watt ion hair dryer from Remington available.

Bedrooms
The apartment has 2 bedrooms overlooking the courtyard.
The large bedroom has a 180cm wide bed, the smaller has a 160cm wide bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with pillows, blankets, towels, wardrobe and chair.

Corridor/storage room
All the rooms go out from the hallway. There is no passage room. The hallway has a wardrobe and a full body mirror. In the storeroom there is a washer/dryer from Siemens as well as utensils for cleaning (vacuum cleaner and wiper).

Elevator
An elevator leads to the apartment - so no climbing stairs necessary, if not desired.

House: in the Calm house live mainly Families as well as business people

Central location directly at the beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain near the popular Bötzow Kiez. Supermarket and bakery are directly around the corner, cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area within 10 minutes walking distance. For cinema lovers: The well-known open-air cinema and the Tilsit Lichtspielhaus are also in the immediate vicinity.
By tram (M6) there is a direct connection to Alexanderplatz (11min.), from there S-Bahn and Regio go in all directions.
Next tram connection: M6, goes to Alex every 5-10 minutes.
