A small door will bring you back directly to the 20s of Berlin's “Belle Époque”. Old stripped pine floorboards, spacious high ceilings in traditional Berlin style, a large classic sofa from the late 20s and a tester bed have come together to create a unique atmosphere of a forgotten time. The kitchen (with all things necessary for cooking and eating) and the bathroom (with a bathtub) have also been renewed following this style. Towels, linen and sheets were provided. With the very attractive Graefestr. at its heart, Graefe-Kiez is full of tiny cafes, plant stores, candy shops, record stores, pizza shops and bars in a cosy, tree-lined area with a feeling very much geared to outdoor living. There is a wide age range, with a retirement home existing within the middle of young families and even younger artists and students. As Graefe-kiez borders Neuköllnand is directly next to the twice-weekly Turkish Market, there is also a highly visible Turkish community. Please be aware that is an online booking platform.
