The comfortably furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful old Berlin building and has a living space of approx. 49sqm. The floor in the living and sleeping area consists of beautiful parquet flooring and the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. The cozy living room is furnished with a classic, gray couch with a view of the flat screen TV and a relaxation chair. A large shelf separates the couch area from the dining area, where there is a table with four black chairs. The high windows throughout the apartment let a lot of light into the rooms, creating a cozy atmosphere. In addition, one of these windows leads to the balcony, from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the district. A large, spacious double bed awaits the tenants in the separate bedroom. A compact wardrobe and a small chest of drawers are available to store the clothes you bring with you. A chair offers additional seating. The kitchen is in a separate room and has a lot to offer: a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a modern stove, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave as well as cutlery and dishes. The comfortable wooden table with a bench and two chairs offers another opportunity to sit and eat. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a toilet, a mirror and enough space to store hygiene products and a sink. Towels and a hairdryer are also available for the tenant. There is also a washing machine in the apartment for the tenant's free use. The apartment is very centrally located in Berlin in the Gesundbrunnen district. From the front door it is only 400 m to the popular Humboldthain, a park that has a lot to offer in every season. The S-Bahn station of the same name can be reached within 500 m on foot and the "Gerichtstr. / Hochstr." bus stop is only 400 m away. To reach the "Wedding" S-Bahn and U-Bahn station you have to expect a 12-minute walk. A Penny and an Aldi Nord are suitable for shopping for groceries. Both are less than 5 minutes from the front door. If you would like to bring a pet please mention this in your application! This will mean the deposit and cleaning fee will increase.
