Hi guys, This is a fully furnished flat with a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. The apartment is equipped with washing machine, cooking utensils and all you need for your daily living. Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet). Our minimum contract period is 2 months. Please note that there is an additional service fee of 150,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in plus the deposit of 1500€, which needs to be paid before moving in via bank transfer in a single payment. Please be aware that is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible before the booking.
