Hi guys, this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and everything you need for your daily living. The monthly rental price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/German TV license fee). Please note that there is an additional service fee of 100,00€ that has to be paid via bank transfer prior to move-in and a deposit of 950€, which needs to be paid right after booking to the landlord: flat-mate via Bank transfer. Please be aware that is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
