We are offering our spacious 2 room apartment in Mitte from March to the end of August 2023 (6 months in total). The “Altbau” apartment has 93 square meters, is on the second floor and has a nice balcony towards the south which is accessible from the large living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a bathtub and an extra shower cabin. The location is really exceptional. or Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz are all reachable by foot. The U8 station Bernauer Str. is just 3 minutes away and you have the Mauerpark very close, where you can go jogging, do barbecues/picnics, or just hang out on the weekends. Around the corner there is the cozy Arkonaplatz which offers a weekly food market and a flea market on Sundays. Furthermore, you have supermarkets like Rewe, Lidl, Penny and Denn's all within walking distance.
