Modernly furnished room in a 7-room shared apartment in a top Prenzlauer Berg location. The room has a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe with a day safe. The apartment has two bathrooms with showers and a spacious kitchen. Weekly cleaning of the common areas is included. The minimum rental period is 6 months. The monthly rental price is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet + GEZ fee). The deposit is three months' rent. We only have the 1st or 15th of each month on which a tenant can move in. In special cases, a flexible move-in date is possible, but this must be discussed in our communications. Check-in can only take place Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Registration is possible. Liability insurance is required for your stay and must be presented to us within 15 days of the move-in date. If you do not yet have liability insurance, we recommend WELST Assekuranz Consulting. Please upload your proof of income and your ID card with your booking request. Once the booking is confirmed and all documents have been received, we will send you a rental agreement via email, which you must sign digitally and return within 48 hours. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit is due immediately after signing the contract. Please ensure that the transfer is made on time. In order for you to move into your new home on time, the money must be received in our account BEFORE the move-in date. Without this payment, you CANNOT move in. A transfer confirmation is not sufficient. Please note that is an online booking platform. Therefore, it is not possible to exchange contact details and offer viewings.
