Our apartments in the "Residenz Prenzelberg" are located in the Prenzlauer Berg district, directly adjacent to Mitte. If you choose this trendy district, you will be surrounded by international restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and small shops, but our apartment complex is located in a quiet side street of Kastanienallee. In our maritime Studio 2 you must be "seaworthy" and have a head for heights, because here on the 7th floor you can let yourself drift over the rooftops of Berlin, as if over the waves of the sea! Keep an eye on the Zion Church peak, the TV tower or the Mauerpark all the way to the Berlin horizon. Or sunbathe on our "ship deck", a roof terrace equipped with garden furniture.
