You'll also find a foldable table and chairs along with a bar area, which are great for eating. There is also a desk, a sofa, plenty of shelving, and a balcony with a courtyard view. The neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. The apartment provides a single bed and an expandable sofa bed for 2 in the living room. The bathroom has a washer, a bath/shower, a toilet and a sink. Marianneplatz is a beautiful quite square with a beautiful church and plenty of cafés - it doesn't get any better than here! Grocery stores are nearby.
