Bright and furnished room in a 5-person shared apartment in a top Charlottenburg location, near Wilmersdorfer Strasse. The room has a 1.59 m2 storage room, which offers plenty of storage space. The room has a desk, a folding bed and a closet with a day safe. Internet is of course available. Weekly cleaning of the common areas is included. The minimum rental period is 6 months. The monthly rental price is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet + GEZ fee). The deposit is three months' rent. During the course of the year, construction work will begin in the inner courtyard, which will be carried out within the legally prescribed regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Check-in is only Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Registration is possible. Liability insurance is required for your stay, which must be presented to us within 15 days of the move-in date. If you do not yet have liability insurance, we recommend WELST Assekuranz Consulting. Please upload your proof of income and your ID card with your booking request. Once the booking is confirmed and all documents have been received, we will send you a rental agreement via email, which you must sign digitally and return within 48 hours. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit is due immediately after signing the contract. Please ensure that the transfer is made on time. In order for you to move into your new home on time, the money must be received in our account BEFORE the move-in date. Without this payment, you CANNOT move in.
