We created a student/young professional-friendly living space by selecting materials that transform the apartment into peaceful environment with bright colors: a “feel good” vibe. The apartment has a brand new white lacquered kitchen, and everything you need to cook both gastronomic and on-the-go meals. It has Limoges dishes, fine glasses, good cutlery and sharp cooking knives. Each room offers a single bed and (a) roomy closet(s). Laundry is a snap with an all-in-one washer-dryer. If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st and the 15th of the month, the first half month rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month rent is due. Smoking is not permitted. Please Note: The rental deposit is two month's rent. If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent, a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest Please be aware that is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible.
