The apartment is available for two months. It is in the charming area of Kurfürstendamm, around 7 minutes away from S Halensee, 10 minutes from S Charlottenburg, and 20 minutes by bus to Zoologischer Garten. You'll find plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity, and all popular supermarkets, such as Lidl, Netto, Rewe, and Edeka, are within walking distance. The living space is 73 square meters, consisting of a large bedroom and a spacious living room. It also has two balconies and is fully furnished with modern kitchen appliances, including a workspace. Most of the furniture and appliances are brand new. The apartment is accessible via an elevator on the third floor. Please keep in mind the following: - The rental period is two months and non-extendable. The tenants can have their names on the letterbox and the doorbell, but my wife's and my names will remain next to the tenants' names on the letterbox. - This is a subletting offer; we are subletting the apartment based on alignment with the landlady.
