Heyy everyone, This beautiful 3-storey single-family house in the north of Berlin (Pankow, Französisch Buchholz, Berlin 13127) offers a fully furnished room for a female tenant in a friendly shared apartment and quiet and safe environment. We are a very friendly family with 3 children (daughter 18, son 17, son 10 years old) are open to internationals and speak German, English and Arabic. The city center is easily accessible by bus, tram or train. The tram is a 5-minute walk away and if you have a car you can of course park it on the property or in the driveway. In summer you can enjoy the sun in our large garden, hear the birds singing, take walks and enjoy the fields, horses and small gardens or drive to the lake and mountain. Supermarkets and restaurants are all within walking distance. It is also an ideal place for home office. Shopping: REWE, Netto, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Rossmann, KIk, pharmacy. The rent includes electricity, water, heating and WiFi. The spacious bathroom and kitchen are equipped for all needs. In the basement there is an additional bathroom with shower and washing machine.
